The growing need for high productivity is placing new demands on mechanisms connected with electrical motors for smart cars. The demand for motor controller for the smart cars has increased in resent years. A smart cart motor controller for low-cost BLDC motor applications using general purpose micro-controllers has been designed.
The design allows the user to rotate the BLDC motors either clockwise or counter clockwise direction with programmable controls. Depending on the rotor position the sensor gives a response to the controller circuit that fixes the direction of the current following to the stator.
